The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed the triple room with basic facilities, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The place was clean with a very very helpful and super friendly staff at the reception desk. My breakfast was good with croissant. The location was good, for example, a Roman Catholic church was at a medium distance from the hotel. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Paris.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and pleasant and as advertised included bread, juice, cereal, etc. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned daily and we had new towels daily and beds made. We were happy to find no bedbugs! (Which we worried about based on reading about various travel problems that people sometimes encounter during travel.) My son was impressed that the staff noticed that he preferred his blanket folded under his pillow and started making his bed that way by about day 3 of our stay. The place was not fancy, but was a good value for the money. There is a grocery two doors away where we got bread, cheese, fruit, and wine once per day to save money on meals.
Our biggest concern was the closest metro (Barbes-Rochechouart) did not feel safe at night. Young people seemed to loiter and hang out there under the bridge, so that as we came out of the metro it felt uncomfortable. Sometimes we got off at the prior metro (Aveces?) where it felt safer. Also, it was not air-conditioned, and so when it got hot, it was not the most comfortable. We kept the window open and did hear people talking at night which sometimes made it hard to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. The bathroom and bedroom were of a decent size. Only a few minutes walk to Gare de Nord and not that far from shops and Sacre Ceour either.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
We booked it for the discounted price, otherwise it would have been too expensive. It is actually more like a backpackers hostel, but then a private room.

Very friendly and helpfull/supportive of the hotel staff. Very goo location, easily access to Gare de Nore and Metro staion.
Cleanliness and upkeep wasn't done well. From a week of staying, some day the room had making up very well while some day didn't.

Our room (triple room) was spacious than we expected and we liked the room with balcony. Cleanliness of our room (especially bed making) was good.
We were bored with the same menu of breakfast because of for one week.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious room that comfortably fit our family. The location was superb, great to easily explore key sights on foot. The hotel staff were cute, and we loved the extra touch of having water in the room.
My wife says that a wider selection of tea bags would be nice.
